We were approached immediately as everyone there was very friendly and willing to help us. I told Mike what I had in mind and that I had done the research on the internet before I came in. He commended me on being so efficient and worked with all the info I gave him. I walked out of there stress-free and had chosen the exact car that I wanted(Lexus IS) at a price that I didn’t even think I would be able to get. Very happy with my visit here, would definitely recommend. More
I dealt with Paul through a request for a quote on the internet. Paul responded quickly with the information I requested. So surprised when I saw the last review as my experience was great. I have owned quite a few Lexus cars but this was my first visit to Lexus of Greenwich. I moved from New Jersey and that is where I purchas was great. I have owned quite a few Lexus cars but this was my first visit to Lexus of Greenwich. I moved from New Jersey and that is where I purchased all my previous cars. I traded in my IS250 for a new model and had no issues with the whole process. My sales person handled the entire deal completely straight forward. We did negotiation the pricing a little but that is expect. Got the my car and completed all paperwork a shy of three hours. More

Our experience with the sales in general is satisfactory. However the service experience is bad. one time we go for a regular oil change. Before the service, I called the office and have the service scheduled as well as get a loaner car. When we arrived, Elliot Seamark helped us. He first told us that there is no loaner car service for regular oil change and we have to wait for the service. I was surprised to hear that (because we have had loaner cars every service there) and questioned him on that. He then told me "ok, we can give you a loaner car, but need to charge 15 dollars" What kind of business ethics is this? We opted for waiting there and waited for 1 hour and 10 minutes. There is also price gauging there, in my mind. Regular oil change has been $75, and the guy charged me $95. I would recommend anyone to do the service at Toyota dealer, the charge there is $39.99 for the same service with free car washing. More

Everyone there is very polite and helpful. A lot of people I know nearby have bought their Lexus here, so deciding to come here was not a difficult decision. They are very fair with prices, and we got a very good lease on one of the new RX's, which is already a 2010 model. The car is excellent, and we will be going back for service and future sales. More
I had two vehicles serviced at Lexus Greenwich over 6 years. The service people are fine. However, when I recently tried to return my leased Lexus at lease end, they made me go through the sales depart years. The service people are fine. They did not want to assist me because I did not buy another vehicle from them. They were very rude. One guy simply told me he was too busy to deal with lease returns. These folks are terrible. Avoid this dealer at all costs. They don't give a dame about the customer. More
I was on the site anyway, and it's only fair to leave Lexus of Greenwich a good review, too, even though it was a while back that we bought the Lexus. The car has been great ever since. The store is fitting of its locale, very upscale, and the salesman was a gentle man. The Facility is charming, not too large, and you must beware of traffic at peak times and Saturdays!! But that's not to say don't go. The overall sales experience was excellent, and we received good money for our trade and an excellet price on the new car (pre-owned RX330). Financing was easy through Lexus of Greenwich, too - definitely a plus. If back in the area, I'd certainly do business with them again. More

The pre-owned car we bought is Lexus Certified, we were able to drive the car when we visited their showroom, and the saleperson was helpful from the start. Basically they are patient, understanding that sometimes the customer needs some time to think, and I appreciate that. The facility is clean and it turns out we paid a very fair price for the car (which included navigation). Certainly worth the visit. More
Looks like Lexus of Greenwich has taken a turn for the worse. Salesman is friendly, but after that, they seem to not care. They do not follow up and/or return phone calls or call back as promised. For my experience, after confirming twice that the car I wanted had the luxery package, I drove nine hours to find out the car they had for me actually had the sport package, not the luxery package as promised. Sales manager then tried to say that they don't make the luxury package for their area. The salesman convinced the sales manager to look at Lexus.com to prove I ordered a standard Lexus Package. Even worse, they had the car I ordered in the showroom but in a different color. The sales manager initially started making excuses and tried telling the salesman I did not order the luxury package. Had I not brought the email trail showing that I ordered the luxury package, and confirmed it with the dealer twice (in writing), I seriously doubt they would have tried to make ammends. To make ammends they took $500 off and they promised me winter floor mats. After over two weeks and many broken promises and unreturned phone calls I called Lexus Customer Service. I then found out that Lexus of Greenwich actually gave Lexus Corp the wrong VIN for the car I bought from them. They gave them the VIN to the misordered car. Lexus Customer Service was marginally helpful (they don't return calls as promised either), but eventually got Greenwich Lexus to send me the mats as promised (took a month). Lexus of Greenwich then proceeded to send me the wrong mats for the car (sent AWD vice 2WD). I finally gave up on them and Lexus Customer Service and went to the local dealer (Barker Lexus in Newport News, VA) and exchanged the wrong mats for the right mats. As a final note, the Pre-Owned building at Lexus of Greenwich is gross, especially the bathroom which is filthy and not stocked with essentials like toilet paper. It is worse than a truck stop restroom. Not close to Lexus "supposed" standards or expectations. Anyway, I have not been having "The Lexus Experience" with this dealership or Lexus Customer Service. I am sure there are competent and wonderful Lexus dealers out there, but IMHO, Lexus of Greenwich is not one of them. If you buy a car from them, you will get a great price, but will be very disappointed in the after care. It seems they are very disorganized and not knowledgable about their products. Most importantly, they appear not to give a hoot about you post purchase. Very disappointing for me. I hope you have a better experience. Good luck.... More
