LOG (Lexus of Greenwich) provides service excellence that defines the brand. My ES was bumped in the rear on Saturday and Rob in the LOG body shop had both insurance companies talking by Monday. Our claim was closed in less than one week and thanks to the conscientious efforts of LOG's body department, we were contacted by both insurance companies and LOG on a daily basis with status updates that capped off a model claim process with no hitches and a get it right the first time attitude from the outset.
