Prior to the purchase, I called Mike and told him what I wanted to do the day before the purchase.Having known Mike from my previous 2 cars from Lexus, he immediately got on the ball. I spoke to Mike the next day and he said I could come and pick my car up that day. That is what call service. Mike was great and as always very professional. I also worked with Bob Katz on the financial end of the deal. I did choose to purchase the maintenance program that Lexus offers. It was a "No brainner"! I could not be more pleased with my new car. Mike made everything so easy and smooth for me.He is a consumate professional and that is why I refer my friends to him. More
