Great experience! What a great experience! Last year at this time I was "just looking" at my Lexus choices. Katie Koroleva was my Sales Consultant. She was so nice, ye What a great experience! Last year at this time I was "just looking" at my Lexus choices. Katie Koroleva was my Sales Consultant. She was so nice, yet very professional, in showing me what my options were at that time. She followed up with me once or twice afterwards and was respectful that I was not ready to commit to a purchase or lease at that time. About a month ago, I was ready to purchase/lease another car for our family. I didn't even think twice about where to go. I called Katie and she was welcoming and ready to set-up a few test drives for me. Because Katie had another customer in her office, she ask Albert Gonzalez to take me on the test drive, discuss leasing options, etc. Albert was awesome!!! I leased an RX 350. Albert really helped me decide the best leasing options for me (no sales pitches!). I felt like he had my best interest in mind. Bob Katz, in financing, completed the excellent customer service experience. All made the process go smoothly and quickly. My time was valued by all. I plan to purchase another Lexus within the next few years and I know who to call! More

The superior quality of service extended to us was far beyond expectations. Albert was honest, informative, polite, straight forward and professional, prompt at returning phone calls and made our car shopping experience very pleasant – previous experiences could be compared to pulling teeth without Novocain. He took us for a test drive and with absolute patience explained all the technology of the car. After a short drive, I was hooked. We went back to the showroom and negotiated a good price. Then I met with Bob Katz and he patiently went over options and financials for the lease. Albert then worked magic to get me the color interior and exterior that I insisted on, in the time- frame agreed on. When it was time to pick up my new car, he patiently went over the controls and gave good instructions on how to operate the vehicle. I would like to thank Albert for quality service and getting me the exact car that I wanted.
