Art has all the facts about the car at hand. He does a great job explaining the latest updates in the digital and electronic technology that keep appearing in each car we get. At delivery he sits patiently with us till we totally understand everything we need to know about the car. Art is courteous, knowledgeable, personable and an all around great guy to work with. Bob Katz in finance is also a great part of the leasing experience. He has every detail covered when you sit down to sign the paperwork. He, too, is so pleasant and personable.
