John Berrios kept me fully-apprised about the possible causes for my Check Engine light going on and provided helpful advise about what to fix without needing spend excessive amounts. His input allowed me to decide what to fix and whether to try the bare minimum or to address all possible causes. He was able to get the car in and out of service quickly too, to accommodate my schedule, with use of a loaner car while the car was in the shop. He even applied a discount coupon to the cost of the work, even though I had thrown out the coupon when I received it a couple of weeks earlier (not realizing I was about to need a repair! More
