I’m a bit surprised by the positive reviews because our experience has been terrible. Between my wife and I we have leased or purchased over 20 cars including BMWs, Mercedes and Lexus’ in the past and our experience has been terrible. Between my wife and I we have leased or purchased over 20 cars including BMWs, Mercedes and Lexus’ in the past and our experience with Darcars Greenwich has been abysmal. About the only thing they were good at was taking our money for a new car. No inspection sticker on a new car led to a ticket. Expired dealer registration plates took over a dozen calls to fix. No second set of keys despite promises to get hem. No calls ever returned from sales, the GM etc. More
