Buyer Beware! During the sale, very pleasant… after everything was completed, customer service went downhill. My temporary plates end soon and I called and emailed my sales person without response. Called the next day and was told he was off , and when asked for the manager was told she was off as well. Asked to speak with another manager… got their voicemail. Called back, the receptionist was very short and dismissive. Then was told that she did not see any registration with my name and further mentioned that it takes 60 days to get plates which I’ve never heard of before. I specifically asked how long during the sale and was told it would be approximately 2 weeks as they have a dealership in NY so deal with the NY DMV all the time. Also, when I called back, was told someone would contact me within 15-20 minutes… that did not occur. This is not the only incident of poor customer service after the purchase. I feel like I’m being ghosted/ignored and I’m only a few days shy of one month in of my car purchase. I have regrets working with this dealership as the customer experience is all encompassing and should not stop when you sign on the dotted line. I hope that this doesn’t have to escalate further and they work on their people skills and follow through to avoid the customer having to go back and forth with something that seems to be so simple to resolve… as this is the first I’ve encountered anything of this nature before, I was encouraged to write this review which is also something I never do… buyers beware… More

Felix was great to work with! He was quick to respond, made sure the details were sorted out and did a video walk around of the vehicle for me since I was out of state.
