On October 30, 2010 I have contacted Lexus of Englewood to get estimate on fixing steering pump. Up on short conversation with the service representative, I did not get any questions being answered, plus to get estimate on fixing steering pump. While the service at the time of the sale was fine, subsequent visits to the service dept have left me less than impressed with this dealership. The service dept can be rude and too often have I seen d subsequent visits to the service dept have left me less than impressed with this dealership. The service dept can be rude and too often have I seen disgruntled clients. I felt I was the victim of serious price gauging insofar as labor was concerned. I will think twice before doing more business here. More
