When purchased the vehicle at same dealership, the sales told me and also mail me a letter said that I will have complimentary Lexus loaners when doing first 2 services, I asked the service rep about the loaner when I making appointment but the service rep told me because the first 5000 miles service is a quick service so they don't offer loaner, so did sales and letter from Lexus lie to me or service rep? Ok, that's fine, then the "quick 5000 miles service" took 3 hours and 20 mins to finish. More

Trustworthy Dealer Went for an oil change on Saturday. Looks like the oil nut was broken and they didn't have the part to replace. I had to travel for my work and no one Went for an oil change on Saturday. Looks like the oil nut was broken and they didn't have the part to replace. I had to travel for my work and no one would be in NJ to pick up my car. Dan quickly took a decision and handed me a loaner car and asked me to leave the loaner car in my apt complex and travel to my work. Once the car was rectified they drove my car to my place and took back their loaner car without any hassles to me. I really appreciate their work ethics. This is the first time Dan was assigned to work with me as my regular advisor Joel was on leave. Thanks to Dan for his great support . My regular service advisor is Joel and he too is a gem of a guy. Bobby Giordano and the then manager Michael Ramos hand picked this young lad and he has proved his mettle. He is very energetic and helpful Last but not the least Bobby the big man is a very cheerful and helpful Manager of this facility. He slips into the shoes of customers and helps everyone. Follow up care and personalized service is unheard of in today's market. A few of these managers deserve extra kudos. Peter Faltraco and Joel (sorry I forget his last name) are the best in the biz!
