Not helpful, tries to rip customer off as much as they can as always. Not helpful. Recall notices and parts I brought my car in for standard servicing but I also brought in a recall notice that I recently received from Lexus. Not only did you guys not have I brought my car in for standard servicing but I also brought in a recall notice that I recently received from Lexus. Not only did you guys not have any knowledge of this notice until I took it out of my pocket, you did not have any of the parts needed to repair my car per the notice. Your service center seems to be totally out of contact with what Lexus is communicating to the car owners. Now my car has to come back to repair the recall issue at a later date. Very disappointing. More
