Great service !! I always go to Lexus Englewood for my service. They give great service and keep you informed on every detail that needs attention in your car. The wai I always go to Lexus Englewood for my service. They give great service and keep you informed on every detail that needs attention in your car. The waiting area is nice and clean and they always have yummy snacks in case you get hungry. Most people that come for service have to wait 1-3 hours for their car. So they make sure theres plenty of free snacks and beverage for us customers. At times you cant wait for your car because of other priorities so they always give a very nice loaner to use. Very excellent service!👌 More

Regular Maintenance Service Outstanding service was provided once again! I was able to drop-off my car for service without any delays. Service I had an appointmet at XX time and arrived in the service center 10 min. Before, but my name was called after 1 hour by the service consultant. It loo I had an appointmet at XX time and arrived in the service center 10 min. Before, but my name was called after 1 hour by the service consultant. It looks like they need to organize customers’ schedule carefully. If they would start after 1 hr from the appointment time, why they called to remind the time just one day before. I told to the seevice consultant that I can hear “squeak” sound when my car drived over bumps, he said that he would do safety inspection and test drive with me, but test drive was not happened. He told me alignment was needed and asked me to pay for wheel alignment, but not show any document if this is not covered by pre-paid maintenance and tire insurance. etc. which I bought. Of course I understood that the pre-paid maintenance is very limited, so I paid for wheel alignment, but it would be good if he showed or printed out what could be covered by thw pre-paid maintenance. When I gave my credit card to the person in the desk and I finished sign on the bill. Before I heard that I was done, the lady in the desk started to respone to other customer’s request. I was just waiting a few minites at the desk. It would be good if the lady said to the interuppted customer that “please wait”. After I took out my car from the service center 3 hours after I arrived, I can still hear “squeak” sounds when my car dives over bumps. More
