Last minute service I had a nail in my tire. I called up at 10:00, within the hour I got an appointment to have a new tire put on. I pay monthly for a tire plan , so the I had a nail in my tire. My service rep Joel V. was great. He explained to me what was being done, kept me apprised as to what was happening.We also had a great discussion about new Lexus models as my lease is up in five months. Service is Key I brought my car in at 8 AMand wss told it would be ready at noon. I planned my day around that schedule . At 1:30 my car was still not ready. I calle I brought my car in at 8 AMand wss told it would be ready at noon. I planned my day around that schedule . At 1:30 my car was still not ready. I called. It was just being worked on This is a one hour service. By the time I connected with my service manager, who offered to bring the car to me, it was 6:30 and iwas leaving for dinner. I picked it up the next morning but when i got home the automatic rearview mirror garage opener was not working. That is the status It was working perfectly when i brought the car .i called Lexus about the rearview mirror They put me thru to voicemail the first 4 times The garage door opener still does not work David Wong , the tech specialist came to my house and fixed the problem. I am grateful that i live close by and it was definitely above and beyond what i would expect . Very nice of him to come to repeogram the opener on the car to my door . More

A pleasurable experince From the time I dropped the car off, till the time I picked the car up, everyone greeted me with a smile and were very efficient!
