Oil change Always friendly, accomidating and done within an hour. Sandwiches, assorted dansihes popcorn, tea, coffee, water were compliments of the dealer as we Always friendly, accomidating and done within an hour. Unpleased with my service from Lexus of Englewood I purchased my car in Feb. I went back to Lexus because I loved their customer service and their cars are so reliable . The sale person I had was nice I purchased my car in Feb. I went back to Lexus because I loved their customer service and their cars are so reliable . The sale person I had was nice but he had no clue about selling cars. I had a service appointment last week and I asked them to check the car because I was experiencing different issues, my car would jerk sometimes while driving, my trunk wouldn't close. So I brought it in for an oil change and they never fixed any of the issues. I took it to the Infiniti dealer and they called me back within an hour and told me I needed a brand new transmission and it had some other wiring issues. I find very strange because I be purchased this vehicle with 45000nmiles and only put less the 2000 on it so why would I need a new transmission . Why didn't Lexus tell me any of this vital info when I purchased the vehicle in Feb or even when brought to them just a week ago. So I am very unpleased with the experience I recently had, and i have been going to this dealership for years. I'm most upset about fact I am planning on going a family vacation on Thursday June 28th and what if my car broke down while driving ,the technician working on my car should have disclosed any finds. More
