Santiago was an exceptional salesman, as he explained everything thoroughly & made the process a breeze. He knew every car in & out & when it came to test driving the car, it was so much fun!! The customer service in this dealership is A++. When it was time to sign paperwork Juan was very transparent & accommodating to my budget & made sure that I walked out with a peace of mind which is what was more important to me. Unnecessary I leased a new car and found scratches on it. The body shop was good about taking care of it and I was given a loaner car but every time I got the cal I leased a new car and found scratches on it. The body shop was good about taking care of it and I was given a loaner car but every time I got the call back there was new damage. This went on at least 3 times. My brand new car was in the shop for almost a month. The service department was very nice but I should not have had to go through that with a new car. When I called to complain to the dealership the manager would not return my calls, they were sure to call when they were trying to work out a deal to get my business. More
