We were extremely happy when we left with Jr and Issa in finance. The sales rep was not there for the delivery and did not let us know 2 keys I expected to have was not included I came to se Alton who i finance. I am very disappointed that a Lexus dealership would not include 2 keys. The Gsm white male don’t know his name he would not provide us a second key even a Vallet key. I know it is not the sales rep Rafael fault he asked but Rafael not being there the day of delivery receiving our preowned car caused this. We signed papers before seeing the car and I asked where are the 2 keys I expected. After charging a 2% fee which other lexus dealers do Not. I am paying the asking internet full price no discount. This is my sons first luxury car. JR and Issa were great and are appreciated but treating my son like this is not fair. More
