I returned to Lexus of Englewood and my same sales person as my previous experience with both were valued by me in the past. I researched the vehicles on the internet that I was interested in to reviews feat as my previous experience with both were valued by me in the past. He was able to help me come to a better decision with additional input about the cars I had chosen. Once I went in my sales person was considerate of my time and his and tried to expedite the transaction as smoothly and timely as possible. He also was prepared with the car I was interested in for a test drive and explanation of most of the functions on the new model Lexus. I am a visual person and would retain more if I were able to try all the systems myself with his help rather than him doing the function with me looking on. We all have e different ways to learn. Their valet attendant accused me of damaging another persons car when it was probably him. The manager there Chris V. was not very helpful at all he did not listen to my side of the story and basically persons car when it was probably him. Basically if Lexus of Englewood would have just spent a few bucks to look at the tapes instead of accusing an innocent person the attendant would not have accused and threatened me. The sales people there are so sales driven that I (the customer) couldn't focus on a product that was right for me. I would have expected a more relaxed atmosphere where I could browse the cars that I wanted and when it was time for me to purchase I can count on someone knowledgable to answer all my questions without having me put a deposit down first.
