It was my first time buying a certified pre-owned car and I was concerned about mileage and the appearance of the car. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I traded in my 2008 RX350 because I wanted a smaller car. I wanted the IS250, however, I was not excited about the drive. I wanted a different car. Michael Max was very accommodating and I got a beautiful, clean, pre-owned 2008 ES350. The car looks brand-new. The transaction was easy and I am pleased with my car. More
