I almost gave up on leasing a Lexus. It is a shame I live in Ramsey and was not comfortable working with the Lexus dealership in my home town. Thank goodness I made the call to Lexus of Englewood. What a world of difference I felt there was between the two Lexus dealerships in the manner in which the process of interaction to lease a car was.I was fortunate to be connected in Englewood to a salesman named Dick Shores who has to be one of the nicest car salespeople I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Truly a gentleman. What I was most impressed with was the fact that he listened to my needs of where I needed to be as far as mileage and payments and came up with solutions that would work for me. In consummating the deal I also sat with the director of finance John Panagia who also worked with me to secure every aspect was where I was comfortable. I cannot say enough of the very friendly but very professional manner in how Lexus of Englewood conducts their business. Bravo to the management in making Lexus of Englewood a great place to buy or lease a car. PS...I love my new car....:) More

This is the second and third lexus we have bought form this dealership. Carmine Demaio, Chris Vasallo and Joe Binitti were outstanding. My wife and I spent two days looking at different options as to what our next car would be. We had been looking at smaller SUV's assuming that we would like toe ride better. We went there anyway and had the good fortune to work with Joe Binetti who had us test drive two cars and we fell in love with the IS250 AWD. We then told him our budget and after some period of negotiating we were able to reach a price that we were both happy with. Within two hours we left the showroom with our new car and we are absolutely thrilled. More

I can't say enough about my experience at Lexus of Englewood. This was my second Lexus purchase (I lived in a different state when I made the first) and certainbly did not have the same experience at Englewood. This was my second Lexus purchase (I lived in a different state when I made the first) and certainbly did not have the same experience at the other dealership. This team was amazing! From the sales manager Joey to the finance specialist Bob...not to mention my most excellent sales guru Frank and the man who taught me all about the in's and out's of my new car, Vinny, I was just blown away. Even team members I was not dealing with directly were friendly and hospitable. I could not get over how the team at Lexus of Englewood went out of the way to make me feel like I was becoming a member of their family--and even took a picture of me with my new CT200h! They went over everything in the car when I picked it up and I mean everything. I can't get over how absolutely curteous everyone was and I can't wait to tell others to go there to purchase a car. And all of this great service went on not only at the end of the month of December (the 30th/31st), but the end of the year with tons of other customers milling around looking to possibly make a purchase as well. Didn't rush us on the test drive. Allowed both myself and my husband to drive the car local and on the highway. Driving these two locations helps you get a better feel for how the car handles. He explained all options and packages and knew we where not there to waste his time or ours. He got right to business and we were able to work out a deal! I entered the dealership and I was welcomed by the Valet & they were so accomodating about parking my car. They showed me the way to the receptionist who set me up with Andrea to possibly lease a new lexus & they were so accomodating about parking my car. When I finally decided to purchase is it that same afternoon, I met with Mitch who helped me seal the deal. The following day I came in to pick up my car and Andrea came in on her day off to finish all the last minute paper work. I met with Bob the finacial director and he was a pleasure to speak to. Last but not least, Steven showed me all the technical aspects of the car, installed my contacts, ipod etc. Overall, I had a great experince and I would recommend getting a Lexus at Englewood!
