I would give this dealer service center zero stars but this system does not allow it. I have been getting my car serviced here since i purchased it 5 years ago. At the start it was a good place. After the this system does not allow it. I have been getting my car serviced here since i purchased it 5 years ago. At the start it was a good place. After the dealership was sold to Darcars the service center went downhill fast. I have never seen such an inept place. It took months to get a broken down quote for brakes. You would think that would be easy and standard. I finally got a detailed quote & it was astronomically high. BTW I took the car to another service center twice and they said i do not even need brakes. At this point i cannot deal with this type of disservice and dishonesty. I could go on and on but I won't. It is too bad as when I purchased the car this was a good dealership. Oh and BTW i sought out the top people (director, manager etc) of service so I did try to work with them. I will not be returning to this dealer service again. More
