I am happy with the service provided by this crew. Woody was super helpful in answering all of my very specific questions on the installation of tow hitch on my brand new NX 350. The installation took a bit longer than expected but Woody immediately offered me a loaner. Both mechanical and electric parts of this job were done accurately. As a former auto mechanic I can give it 5 out of 5 stars. I highly recommend using this service department for your Lexus car. More
