I had a very positive experience at Lexus of Englewood. My sales consultant, Mark Harding, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the cars. I was not sure which model to look at when I walked in, but Mark spoke to me about what was important to me and we eventually settled on a test drive of the CT 200h. I really enjoyed the feel and ride of the vehicle. However, I was not ready to decide, and spoke to Mark about this. He was understanding and did not get pushy like many over-zealous car salesman do. Once I am ready to make a decision there is a very good chance I will go in to speak to Mark again. More
It was predestinated to meet Stephen Ham in an ephemeral 3-hours and I decided at the propitious moment to buy the Starfire Peral 2013 RX 450h (as other dealer did not have such color). The service has been better than I expected from my reading of over-all rating on this dealer. The post purchase service was also satisfactory as I did not have enough time to learn everything on this complicated new car when serviceman delivered the car to my home. Steve even showed me how to transfer my favorable music in my previous Lexus SUV (which had capacity of 6 CD) to one USB drive so that I can still enjoy them while drving this brand new, and gas-saving Hybrid SUV. My husband and I went to Lexus of Englewood because we found a 2009 LX570 on the internet. We went just to look and see what they had. The sales man we were greeted by was Joe Kandil. Great personality, great smile, full of information on the vehicle we was interested in, but arent they all like that. lol. Anyway, long story short, we ended up agreeing to buy this LX 570 if they could get it exactly how we wanted it. It was a used vehicle and he promised it would be precertified, and that the brakes, oil change, wiper blades, tires, floor mats, and anything else would be replaced, and to polish a few scratches out of this SUV, where you would not be able to see they were ever there. I did not believe he could deliver this vehicle in a almost perfect condition, so I agreed, and gave a deposit, with the understanding that my deposit would be refunded if I was not 100% satisfied. Well, the next day, I could not believe my eyes!! This SUV LX570 vehicle I seen yesterday was precertified, and everything he promised was done. Basically the vehicle was precertified with an additional 50k miles/3 years warranty bumper to bumper. We left with our new SUV that night very happy. Joe Kandil did make a comment to me especially that he comes with the SUV for 3 years. So... Today, Oct 11, 2012. I wanted to see if he would live up to his promise so I called him saying that I heard a squeeking sound in the morning when I started my SUV, and my husband said it was the fan belt, so Joe said bring it in, and we will replace it. Of course, I didnt believe him, I just knew it could not be that easy. I have heard that all before when purchasing a used vehicle in the pass, but again, I came in, I was greeted by Michael Maxx the Sales Manager, who asked me why I was there, he told me no problem they will just replace the fan belt, Michael Maxx gave me keys to another vehicle to hold while, they were working on mine. I then seen Joe Kandil, who asked if I was taken care of, and I said yes, so told me great, Ill call you when we are done. When I came back to Lexus of Englewood. My fan belt was replace as promised, they even polished my vehicle. I was not charged a dime, no questioned asked, no hassle, it was really that easy!! I have to say, if you are planning on purchasing new or used, and you like Lexus. First of all go to Lexus of Englewood, ask Michael Maxx where Joe Kandil is and be ready to buy a sound and reliable vehicle. Everything Joe said was going to happen, happened, and he also mentioned a few times, its always good to just be upfront, and only agree on what you can honestly deliver. If in the future, my husband and I go to purchase another Lexus, it will definetly be from Lexus of Englewood, and the sales guy will 100% be Joe Kandil. I have never had such a wonderful experience buying a vehicle in my life. He is honest, and delivers his promises!!! This is a first for us. Thanks Lexus of Englewood!!! More
I Only went to this dealer for maintenance for past 3 years. I always did what they advised. 5000 miles check ups followed by 200dollars more expensive 15000 miles check ups. Latest, they told me I need whole brakes changed, front and rear, costing about 1,300 dollars. I don't know why they didn't pick this up my earlier at the regular maintenance in September that I just did and paid 295 dollars. I usually trust dealers but I feel like they didn't do their parts of checking my car when they just charged 295 dollars for an oil change. Claiming I went to different place, ... no, for the last 3 years, this delaer is the only place I went for maintenances. If dealer is going to charge 295 dollars for oil change then they should have found out my brake problem and did more thorough job and should have let me know then. Not when I bring the car in because it has other problem and telling me I need to change whole brakes. My final advice is don't do extra service, apparently, they don't see the problems anyways until it's too late. Just do minimum oil change service at this dealer. Only 1 courteous and professional person who always has the most wonderful smile is Gracie. More

I can't say enough about the young man from the Dominican Republic who explained the features of the car to me. He couldn't have been more patient. I believe I spent an hour with him and he was quite willing to spend as much time as I needed. The dealership was very efficient and had my car ready with half a day's notice.
