I booked my appointment through my sales representative and upon my arrival was greeted and treated with a warm and friendly staff. I met with service consultant Alfredo and was given the option of waitin and upon my arrival was greeted and treated with a warm and friendly staff. I met with service consultant Alfredo and was given the option of waiting for my car or borrowing a loaner. I chose the latter and was given a 2013 ES. The staff was professional and friendly. I would definitely go back for my next service. I was truly impressed by the overall atmosphere and feeling of being a part of the Lexus family. I must mention, I do not live in New Jersey, but felt I had to come and see Lexus of Englewood. I've been to Lexus dealerships on Long Island and New York City and Lexus of Englewood surpasses them all. Last but not least, breakfast treats were great!! More

12/20/12 This was my first exposure to Lexus of 12/20/12 This was my first exposure to Lexus of Englewood, having purchased my 2009 ES 350, with 16,700 miles, elsewhere in July, 2012. My first c 12/20/12 This was my first exposure to Lexus of Englewood, having purchased my 2009 ES 350, with 16,700 miles, elsewhere in July, 2012. My first call after the purchase was to Lexus USA to establish for their records that I was the new owner. Because the car is still under the original Lexus warranty and I wanted to establish a dependable dealer/service relationship that would last through the balance of the warranty period and into the "extended" warranty period which I plan to purchase in June, 2013, my second and subsequent calls were to various "local" Lexus dealers' service departments - including that of the dealership where the car was origninally delivered new in 2009 and subsequently serviced. My questions during these calls involved: a) their protocals, particularly appointment scheduling and loaner car availability; b) how I might expect to be treated given that I didn't buy the car there and c) pricing for certain items, e.g. oil changes, pads and brakes. Lexus of Englewood's answers were prompt, specific and straight forward: pricing was what I considered reasonable and further, I should expect to be treated as if I had purchased the car from them. The primary reason for this first visit was the 20k mile service - oil change, tire rotation and general check up as per Lexus' specifications. In addition to the requisite items, I had a list of other questions about a variety of operational items. Peter Arriola, the Service Consultant assigned to my appointment, managed the "in-take" process with me efficiently, clearly - with detail - and very patiently, including at least one walking "tour" with him out of his office to my car to inspect and then explain how the mechanics would assess one of the operational issues I was raising. We completed the in-take in about 25 minutes, afterwhich I was in my loaner car and on my way my appointments. My car was ready when promised. The receptionist staff couldn't have been more cordial or friendly. Peter was there to personally review the work with me along with providing a detailed, point-by-point, written summary for my records. The bill was exactly as stated. There were no attempts to "up sell" any additional parts or service. HE DID REMIND ME to come back as soon as was conenient for myself and my wife so that one of Lexus of Englewood's Valet staff could provide us with a courtesy review and answer our questions regarding all of our car's features. In essence, they will provide us with what is their "new car delivery" services as if we were purchasing the car from them. Clearly Peter and Lexus of Englewood are meeting - and exceeding my expectations. Many thanks to all involved! Hamilton Leach More
