Michael was very knowledgeable. We have been Lexus owners for almost 15 years and what made us stay with Lexus is primarily because of the Service Department. Mike always seems to know what we need done with our car including and up to making sure that we get a loaner car. At the end of the day, other than performing the required service, the car is clean and the tires checked. Grace, the check out person is very personable and always greets you with a smile. We had first spoke over the phone and discussed the work to be done and the cost associated with that work.When we dropped off the car Alfredo took care of us right away, he had a loaner ready and we were out of there in 15 minutes. He stayed in touch with us during the repair and than let us know it was completed. When we picked up the car everything was exactly as he had stated, the car was washed and we were very pleased.
