Ok, so here is my experience for a 2nd time around. I actually didnt think we would walk out of Lexus of Englewood as satisified as we were, but we did AGAIN!! Anyway, here it goes, around 9 months a actually didnt think we would walk out of Lexus of Englewood as satisified as we were, but we did AGAIN!! Anyway, here it goes, around 9 months ago, we purchased a used 2009 LX570, and our sales guy was Joe Kandil. We had purchased such a large SUV because we had recently had a baby, and thought we would need all that room, well we loved that LX570, but the truth is, we honestly didnt use it as much as we thought we would. So now, our oldest daughter is starting college, and she can not drive that large SUV, so now we were wondering how we could trade in this SUV we just purchased 9 months ago, to get a smaller vehicle for our daugher to also use to get to college. So I email Joe Kandil, telling him, we would really like to get into a Lexus CT 200h 2013 (which gets 40+ MPG) , but we dont know how upside down we would be with the LX570. He emails me back saying, "come in and lets see if we can work out a deal" So we did, not thinking he would ever come up with such a wonderful option. so........ I came in, with a trade in hoping for the best, and after about an hour of negotiating, Joe Kandil, along with Mitch Patlock, came up with a generous trade in value, I was able to get into this Lexus CT 200h for 299/month, just like their advertisement offers. I didnt feel presured throughout the negotiating. Everyone answered my questions and allowed me to say exactly what I needed to make up my mind to sign and leave with my new CT 200h. If you want to be treated with respect, in a professional environment with classy people, go to Lexus of Englewood, and ask for Joe Kandil, he will make you feel comfortable, and try his best to get you into the car you want without all the pressure that comes with buying or leasing a car. Joe is personable, and easy to talk to. I will definetly go back when my lease is up, and I will definetly ALWAYS ask for Joe. He is one of a kind sales guy!!!! My husband and I are very happy with our CT200h, the car is awesome especially with this 40+MPG. A gentleman by the name Domingo O. Nunez was the finance Manager and he did our paperwork, explained everthing to us, and got us out of there fast!!! They are all wonderful, professional, and honest who possess such team work, Especially Joe Kandil of Lexus of Englewood. Thanks again Lexus of Englewood!!! We are again very satisified customers!! I went in to look at an RX350. My first visit, I was there 10 minutes looking at cars while the dealership was not busy and nobody approached me. The salesman wanted to drive me to their service center rather than just provide me with a price. Then, he brought over the manager who proceeded to tell me Lexus of Englewood has the largest inventory of any Lexus dealer in the northeast (which does not seem to be the case based on their inventory) and that the price I got was unrealistic. He told the salesmen as I left that I made the lease numbers I provided up. I returned the same day to the dealer in NJ that made me the lease quote and got the car. Lexus of Englewood should treat customers with respect. If I can get a better price and better attitude elsewhere, why go there? More
this is my 4th Lexus and first experience at Englewood Lexus. I have to say Mr. Han was amazing to work with and very caring for my elderly parents whom i lease the car for. She work with my father for 2 months on a deal and then she's still answers his questions after the sales has been done. End of the day, everyone is trying to make a living but its that extra special attention to detail and personal connection that makes you feel good. I told her that i didn't want to spend a lot of time at the dealer so she communicated via email for couple of weeks and she had the car and all the documents ready. Also, work with the biz director to have all the papers ready. No BS where they try to upsell during signing. Shout out to their Finance office - i believe his name was Jake... Again, go and work with Toni. She might talk to your ears off(in a good way) but she's work with you on a good deal. Lastly, all the thanks to Toni for working with my elderly parents. More
I got a new car July 11th with temp license plates that expired July 30th. I've called the dealership over 10x trying to get registered plates that I paid them to do. Nobody at the dealership seems to care to follow up or call and its been almost two weeks since my temp plates expired. Updating this note because after posting a review on dealerrater and also emailing the general manager directly, I received the license plates in 2 days. Amazing what you have to do to get a response about something but at least they did come back after 30 days of getting the car lease and 12 days after the temp license expired. More
This is my second Lexus ES from Lexus of Englewood and the service is superb! Hit a curb and caused a flat tire, (with my 94 yr old Mom in the car) and they dispatched someone to help within 30 minutes. the service is superb! We had turned in our old Lexus off lease a few weeks prior and my wife had run into Joe Binetti. She reflected to him our frustration with the incessant, annoying phone calls, e-mails, and mailers we had been receiving from Lexus promising different types of "great deals." We had spend countless hours both on the phone and in the showroom trying to nail down one of these great deals but they simply never materialized. What was also frustrating was how many different people from Lexus of Englewood were call us without seemingly knowing who had called us from there in the past. When my wife told Joe about our unhappiness he said he would be happy to work with us and make it right. We ended up getting a great deal through Joe. We did have a small mis-step over how many miles were on the car (a demo) but all in all it was a very good experience. He had Steven Qin take us for a test drive and do the paperwork. Steven is a friendly, knowledgeable young man who is a huge asset for the dealership, in my opinion. More
