She even personally drove us to the Lexus lot to see the F Sport model which we had a slight interest in, but were not sure we wanted. Although other car dealers whom I did business with were all decent, I've never had such a pleasant experience as I did with Toni. I highly recommend her if you are thinking of having a Lexus. As for the car itself, oh my, it is too good to be true. My IS250 is so fancy and sporty, but at the same time very comfortable (unlike some other sporty cars) and known to be very good with snow and icy roads. Living in NJ, this is very important to me as I don't want to put my car in the garage in the bad weather.. I will need to use my car no matter how bad it is outside. I very much look forward to my time with this handsome and sturdy new Lexus! More

After the deal and until I picked up my car, I texted her a lot with many questions, she was very prompt and tried her best to satisfy my needs. On the pick-up day, she was again very cheerful and greeted me with a smile. She led me to the finance department and then I worked with Rudy Myrie. Rudy is a very fun guy to work with. Over an hr, he was very patient answering all my questions and made me laugh a lot. Since it is my first time, I’ve researched a lot and visited many dealerships. Mike Maxx at Sales and Rudy Myrie from Accounting are the most trust worthy folks here. I went to buy a car at another near Lexus dealer and though the ambience was very pretty good the sales man was very pushy and had a very bad attitude.But when I went to these folks they were really interested to have me as a customer and sold the car. Though there were teething issues they along with lexus made me comfortable. I am a very picky guy in going to the minutest details such as vibrations , warranty issues, performance etc and whenever I go to them they handle me with care and make happy. I only dealt with Mike Ramos and Bobby. Mike Ramos is a technically sound guy and tough guy on warranties ;-) but I like talking to such knowledgable guy as he knows in and out of the car . Knowing about their sales and service capabilities , I had referred my friend to buy a lexus from them. She too is happy with them. Rudy Myrie from Finance and Maxx at Sales side are the best folks I had ever met. They deal with a nice warm smile and are serious in our business. More
