I am huge on superior customer service and businesses that believe in infusing customer values into their operation. The service I received was top notch and the staff (Michael the sales Manager, Angela, Mateo and Tamar at the front desk) certainly show that they are more than co-workers, but a family! They were all professional, kind, thorough, and took time to have conversation with me, showing that I am not just a number, but a Client whom they care about. They made my transaction fun and light, not cumbersome or overwhelming. We have bought two cars here (at the same time, we will NEVER buy another car from THEM), and ever since they have rude, unresponsive and lacked any ability to simply do what they say they are going to do. We will no longer go to the dealership for anything. We will handle any issues we have through the Service Department located at 136 Engle St. More
Excellent customer service, communication and experience! Via, Autotrader, I located a pre-owned Lexus with the options I wanted and in my price range at Lexus of Englewood. I contacted the dealership and in Via, Autotrader, I located a pre-owned Lexus with the options I wanted and in my price range at Lexus of Englewood. I contacted the dealership and in short order was working with Michael Stella who was very responsive and addressed my many questions - which was important as I live ~ 200 miles away. He provided his cell phone number and provided me updates on the status of the car, which was going through CPO certification - even on his days off. In less than a week, I was at the dealership to purchase the car that was in even better condition than I anticipated. Mr. Stella had everything ready for me which made for a easy purchase. Angela, the finance manager was also efficient and friends. Lexus of Englewood is a great dealership! More

Do not purchase a car from these folks they are unethical without the authorization of my in laws the dealer charged them for GAP insurance and Anti Theft Insurance. Additionally, per our agreement, the car came with a one year warranty, however, they were charged $2,000 for the warranty that should have been included in the price. When I called the Manager and Finance Director, they did not have the courtesy to return my call. At least the sales rep answered my call, however, he cited ...."this is not my problem". I never expected the lack of professionalism and unethical "used car" tactics from a certified Lexus dealer. STAY AWAY! More

Poor sales and administrative follow up I made a promise to myself never to repeat past mistakes but I broke my promise with this dealership. I will start by saying that their service shop I made a promise to myself never to repeat past mistakes but I broke my promise with this dealership. I will start by saying that their service shop is excellent. But their sales administration and follow up with financial dealings remain terrible. The original 2014 RX 350 we leased was a wonderful car but we went through a horrifying 4 hour plus sales experience where they dragged out the car delivery processing despite no need for further negotiation on price, just slow deliberate service in a cramped and uncomfortable showroom. They enticed me to lease a new 2016 RX 350 by trading up early and they handled the return of the 2014 RX 350. About 4 months later Lexus Finance sought late charges after acknowledging their mistake since the dealer handled all of the paperwork on the return and they must have kept the account open. After 3 rounds of letters, 3 separate phone calls, no returned calls from the dealer despite 2 messages, the issue was resolved TODAY, 9/6 after 90 minutes and 4 phone call transfers, when we agreed to pay the excess mileage charges of $300 due 9/9/16, today on 9/6/16. Lexus Financial would not issue a new statement reflecting the removal of the late charges and allow me to pay that when I received it which would have been fair and within the due date. They claim they cant do that in this modern day so I am left to wait and hope that the verbal confirmation number will accompany a letter in the mail that states my account is clear and closed. This is a $51,000 car, and we have the JV Team between the dealer and the Lexus Financial Folks. More
