Honest & Great service I had researched to lease the NX F sport for a while and before I made a decision on a dealer out in Queens, I contacted the Englewood location just i I had researched to lease the NX F sport for a while and before I made a decision on a dealer out in Queens, I contacted the Englewood location just in case. Chris Kim called me back and we had a quick chat about my expectation and what can be done. He told me he'd review with his manager to get me the best deal possible. He called me back few mins later and gave me a good deal on the lease terms. Better than the other guys whom i've been talking to for a few weeks. I asked him if I can take the car the same day and he worked his magic and got the car into the dealership the same day. After work, I stopped in and met with Chris and he had already drafted up all the paperwork. It was VERY easy. After waiting for a bit I got to have a sit-down with Toni Han in Finance. She gave me the run-down and was very honest with me with what services I really needed and what I didn't. She was very refreshing and quite frankly didn't expect such honesty from a dealership. Long story short, I got to drive out my brand new NX F Sport within hours of talking with Chris and Tony and couldn't be much happier.
