Seamless Experience I HATE car shopping! I did plenty of homework and research so I would be focused on what I really wanted and not be talked into anything I didn't rea I HATE car shopping! I did plenty of homework and research so I would be focused on what I really wanted and not be talked into anything I didn't really need. Armed with a little knowledge, I walked into Lexus of Englewood and was warmly greeted by Toni Han. I told her exactly what I wanted and she quickly went over her inventory and advised me on my best options for my needs. Being well versed in finance she was also able to guide me in all my financing options, guarantees and models. She was so open and attentive that we were able to come up with a deal in a short period of time. it was like working with a concierge. She took care of EVERYTHING in one step. No running to talk to anyone and all the B.S. that you typically expect and makes the process annoying. Because of heavy snow a day or two earlier she was honest enough to tell me they were a bit delayed and sent me home to clean out my trade in while they prepared my car rather than make me wait at the dealership. She called me when the car was ready for pick up and had it warmed and ready for a tutorial on all the functions on the car. I am completely blown away. I walked away feeling listened to and confident that I made the right decisions and a great deal. I would HIGHLY recommend Toni. She is knowledgeable, polite and has already followed up on my license plates. More
