He was patient as well as extremely helpful to try and get our situation resolved as productively as possible. He made himself available to us at all times, was receptive to questions, and was a true professional. He even came in late night on his day off so he could be personally present for the delivery of our car. He then followed up with me a couple of days post sale to make sure everything was okay and that I was happy with the car. That's what I call customer service.
