He was courteous, knowledgeable and resolute in providing a distinguished experience. On February 28, 2018, I made the careful decision to purchase a new vehicle. After several months of family discussions with my wife and allocating a responsible budget I ventured into the Lexus of Englewood dealership. It was an anxiety ridden day to say the least but nevertheless one that was necessary. When I walked in I met with Santiago after having a short but inviting conversation over the phone earlier that day. He met me with an endearing and respectful disposition and set the tone for a quality purchasing experience. At no point was he a “salesperson”. What I mean by that is that he conveyed a confidence that Lexus sold itself and it was just a matter of supporting me to see the light. He patiently explored many options and listened carefully to my suggestions and comments. He never pushed his ideas onto me. He made this day memorable in that he helped me take part in the “Lexus experience”. After spending hours with me we finally focused on the vehicle that I would ultimately drive home to bring my wife and daughter happiness. Santiago even called me the next day to follow up and let me know that he would assist me with anything going forward which in connotation is the conveyance of a longstanding relationship.
