I explained to him what my needs were. He listened carefully and gave me a call back within a few minutes. We set up an appointment. I met Joe who then referred me to my salesman Kay Yoon. Kay was very helpful and a delight to converse with. The next step was meeting with their Sales Manager, Chad. After a brief discussion (with Chad) I agreed on (what I felt) was a fair price for my three year lease. There was NO pressure. A few days later I met with Simone their Finance Manager to fill out paperwork. Simone explained the insurance options that are available (tire, maintenance, and stolen car). Simone was professional, friendly and a pleasure to do business with. Overall my experience with Englewood Lexus has been a pleasant and rewarding one. More
