He always finding the way to make the deal worth for me and my spouse. In 2012 when hurricane Sandy hit NY, both of my vehicles totaled. We left without any means of transportation. I called Stephen (his dealership is about 40 miles away from my house), and in hour car from dealership picked me up to sign for a new lease on new car with the same payments as previous lease ( even though car casted more at that time).. He is one of best and nicest sales reps I ever had business with. We working together since 2010. I highly recommend this agency and Stephen Ham in particularly if looking to lease or buy Lexus and to have pleasant experience while doing it. More

He was never pushy and always provided advice as if he were getting a car for himself! After narrowing down the car choice, Kay was super helpful throughout the whole process from the logistics all the way down to what types of insurance we'd likely need. Simone was also fabulous - incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She helped us get through the final stage of the process with ease. Once we were done with the logistics, David Vallejo helped explain in detail the various features of the car and how each component works. He, also, was incredibly patient with us and answered all our questions (we had a ton!) with a smile. If you're looking to get a new car, definitely look for Kay - you're in great hands! More
