5,000 mile service Went in for a five thousand mile service and find out that’s it’s only a tire rotation and fluid check. When I leased the vehicle, I was advised that Went in for a five thousand mile service and find out that’s it’s only a tire rotation and fluid check. When I leased the vehicle, I was advised that a loaner vehicle is always available when you bring in your car for service, but was told at my visit that this is not accurate until you reach the 15,000 mile service. When the vehicle was returned to me I understand that it was raining outside, but the rims were covered in brake dust that were now marked with finger prints. We were also advised the car wash was broken. More
