Roadside assistance I had a wonderful experience with roadside assistance. The employee Francis arrived to change my tire and put the donut on brought my flat to Lexus an I had a wonderful experience with roadside assistance. The employee Francis arrived to change my tire and put the donut on brought my flat to Lexus and return the next day with a new tire for me. He was polite professional and knowledgeable. Always the best service! When I call for an appointment, I am always given the day and time that I ask for. He goes over what service my car is in need of and NEVER tries to get me to do something which isn’t needed. My car is always ready within the time frame I am told.
