I am very pleased with the 5 star service I receive when I take my car for servicing. The service team is very knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly. They both know who I am when I walk in and what I'm there for. I love the amenities they off during your wait time and that you can choose to get your car washed after servicing your vehicle. Darcars blows Bill Baisey out of the water. Keep up the excellent work Darcars Kia Team. More

He showed me many of the details of the 2019 KIA minivan. He even programmed my phone to work through the cars system. The financial officer and the General Manager also very helpful. They expedited my buying experience which was very helpful to me because I am recovering from a severe car accident. The financial officer also gave me advise on how to handle my existing vanity tags from my totaled car. This was very helpful because one tag was missing as a result of the accident. More

Unlike some experiences I've had where the price wasn't the price once I was on the lot, DARCars never balked or tried to steer me away from my choice. Certainly, the shortest time I've spent with the Finance Manager during a new car purchase. Now, of four cars over 15 years, two have been from DARCars dealerships. Kia in Frederick and Toyota 355 in Rockville. Both times I managed to secure prices I couldn't match elsewhere. At the same time this isn't a blanket endorsement for the dealership. You need to do your homework and know what you want and are willing to pay, as you would when working with any dealership. More

Get there and its garbage!! Back emblem broke off , dents scratches missing paint all the way around car, wheels with major road crash, and the ICING WAS THE FRINT BUMPER CRACKED ON THE VEHICLE. I then asked Bryan WHAT N THE WORLD happened he said he never saw the front bumper crack (really!?!l) and said maybe it jus happened that day. With the help of Cindy, Herb and Ernie we made it work that I could purchase a 2015 Kia Sorento that would be great to transport my elderly parents. In previous years I had a problem with an oil change from another company and this dealership made sure that it was properly done. This is why from now on I will have my vehicle serviced at this dealership. More
