Amazing customer service Had an exhaust leak in my 2015 Kia Soul (fortunately the warranty covered it). I dropped my car off the night before the scheduled service. First thing the next morning the service department called to let me know what they'd found. The part required wasn't in stock and had to be ordered, so it meant that my car had to be in the shop for an extra day. I was given a rental car for the next day, asked if I'd like a complimentary car wash (of course I would) and was kept informed of the progress every step of the way. I've never had a better customer service experience. More
