Bought a bramd new car from them. Have had many problems with it. Told me i have to wait over a week for a bramd new car engine light to be fixed have small children and couldnt care Have had many problems with it. We had an amazing experience here! Everyone was so kind and helpful! We had 2 kids with us and the process was still the fastest process we have ever had while buying a car! I recently bought a 2022 Kia Carnival Prestige from Darcars. These are hard models to come by, so we felt lucky to find one on the lot at Darcars. In hindsight, I shouldn’t have bought the vehicle, but Darcars. These are hard models to come by, so we felt lucky to find one on the lot at Darcars. In hindsight, I shouldn’t have bought the vehicle, but I ignored some of the concerns at the moment. First of all, the process was very rushed. It “appeared” that there were other potential buyers wanting the car, so we were in a race to get it. That should have been a clue. Second, the vehicle had a manufacturer defect with the 2nd row seat. This was a big red flag for me, but I was concerned I wouldn’t be able to find another Prestige anywhere, so I accepted this defect, though no one at Darcars could tell me when they would be able to repair it. Third, ww emphasized to one of our sales reps that the vehicle needed to have WiFi capability. We were assured it was WiFi capable. However, I’ve since learned that it takes an act of Congress or God to get the Wifi enabled. I’ve made 3 calls to Kia customer service, had numerous email exchanges, and one trip to my local dealership (not Darcars) and still no WiFi. No one seems to know how to enable it. But, I was assured by Darcars that it was Wifi capable. Finally, two days after I drove it off the lot, my Prestige developed an issue with one of the sliding doors. The door will periodically not close. This is very dangerous and has yet to be resolved despite being at my local dealership all day today. The worst part of all, is that Darcars upcharged me 14k above MSRP to deal with all of this madness. I thought this was normal considering how difficult it is to find a Prestige model. However, I’ve since learned from two other Kia dealerships that they (the other dealerships) are NOT charging above MSRP. So, it was just Darcars that chose to upcharge me for a faulty vehicle. I would definitely NOT recommend them. Darcars has done nothing to try to help me resolve these issues. Now that they made the sale, they don’t care. More
I went in today thinking a loan wouldn’t be possible but Constantine made it happen! He was amazing and did everything he could to get me the best deal with the lowest rates! We saw a car on CarGurus that this dealer has. I called and talked to a salesman. I had two questions. The first one was "do you still have this car" He didn't know and had to look on the lot? I told him my cell number so he could get back to me. He never called (6days ago). 3 days later I filled out a email request on the CarGurus sit that was supposed to go to the dealer. No response. Congratulations on being so busy that calls with inquiries go by the way side. More
