I first spoke to Farha on the phone to confirm a car was actually in stock and available, and in those two minutes she was very helpful, courteous, and informative. Farha spent time to answer questions and track down confirmations, and made sure our appointment was at the most convenient time for me (avoiding snow storm, traveling from NJ, I didn't want to bring our young son, etc.) Throughout our appointment, Farha was patient, understanding, friendly, professional, direct, relatable, and honest. If she wasn't sure of an answer, she found it out. She put herself in my shoes and made practical suggestions. She made me feel welcome, not rushed or pressured, and worked aggressively to make a deal I was happy with. As a customer, that's all I could ask for was to get the deal done quickly and without antagonizing. I left with a smile and feeling good about what we agreed instead of annoyed or regretful. The manager Chris Frey was similarly professional, open, driven to get the deal done, and ensure I left as a satisfied customer who would come back rather than just trying to counter argue every small detail. He took the time to explain contract and financial terms and was instrumental in sealing the deal for our 2022 Infiniti QX60. Based on our first two phone conversations, I made the decision to take off work and drive 45 min from Bergen County, NJ because I had a feeling I would have a positive experience.
