He was never "pushy" or aggressive. He was kind, considerate, thorough, informative & hilarious! In short, he is an excellent representative for the entire dealership. He followed up with both my husband and I, and always called us by name. I appreciated the mix of professionalism & familiarity that Eric posses. Today, he called to inform me that my tags, registration & title were in the office. When I got to the dealership, he was kind enough to put the plates on my truck himself!! Everyone my husband and I came in contact with at Greenwich Infiniti was pleasant & courteous. I couldn't have asked for a better vehicle, price, or salesperson. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. It doesn't get any better!! More
