Professional and honest We were looking to replace our m37X, the lease was coming up so we began looking around for something new. My wife did not want to part with the car but the buy out was not in our best interest. We went back to the local dealer to see if they would work a deal with us. They didn't seem to be interested in making a deal, maybe because we still had 3 months left on the lease. I started to look for a car online and found what I thought was a good price from Greenwich Infiniti. I contacted Raffael and made an appointment to look at a car that seemed to good of a deal to be true. The other dealer had advertised attractive pricing but could not produce the vehicle as advertised. I figured I would take a chance and drive up to Greenwich, about 70 miles away. When we arrived we were greeted right away, valet parked our car and met the sales manager Edgar. The car was in the showroom as promised and we went for a drive. We went back and made a deal, which was even better than advertised and drove home the same day with a new Q70. We saved thousands and would recommend this place, even if its out of the way it was worth the trip More

He was so courteous, down to earth and agreeable, even saying that if anyone was interested in the car before I got there he would call to let me know. While it is always time consuming to purchase a car, the wait was comfortable and pleasant in their beautiful showroom and waiting lounge. Joe was outstanding and charming throughout and Bruno was terrific in facilitating the purchase in an amicable and affordable way. I only wish I lived closer so that I could have the car serviced there. More

Starting with Raffael, online, who heard and respected exactly what I was looking for--there were no efforts to get me to buy packages I was uninterested in. If I told Raffael I could speak until after 3:30, for example, he did not call me before that time (unlike other dealers.) I believe I paid an excellent price. Bruno was very helpful in figuring out payment information. Edgar, in the service department, made an extra effort to get a stain off a lens. Since I got the car home, Chaz has checked several times to make sure I do not need further assistance of any kind. More

I had a bit of a hike to get there so he kept in touch by phone and email ensuring all my questions were answered and to ensure the vehicle hadn't be sold prior to my arrival. When I got there I had my 9 month old in tow and thankfully a lot of people there have little ones at home they were understanding of hey need to move around. The car buying process was rather long and I had a long drive home Raffael even bought me lunch! All in all I would make the drive again in the future to purchase another vehicle. More
