Everyone was very polite and concerned about answering my question to help me make a clear decision on what I wanted, what I needed and what wasn't necessary. The paperwork was done in a timely manner and my sales counselor provided exceptional customer service to I and my family. The atmosphere is clean and very modern and open and allows you to be relaxed and calm. I would definitely return to Greenwich Inifiniti! More

He was exceptionally helpful and made my commute from New York well worth it. They gave me a trade in deal that was reasonable for both parties and took time to explain all of the essentials of the the car. Chaz made the sales procedure easy and enjoyable while the rest of the employees were forthcoming and friendly. The dealership in general was beautiful and very clean, an image that other dealerships should attempt to emulate. Bruno made the purchase and transaction process quick and simple, never hesitating to answer any of my questions. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone in the market for a beautiful luxury vehicle. Be sure to ask for Chaz! More

Excellent Craig was very helpful and informative. He patiently explained how to use all the new features on my car (Navigation, iPhone, keyless entry, etc) whi Craig was very helpful and informative.
