Prompt, Courteous, Efficient I first selected Infiniti of Greenwich based on their follow up on my phone inquiry. Several other Infiniti dealerships hat I contacted were unrespons I first selected Infiniti of Greenwich based on their follow up on my phone inquiry. Several other Infiniti dealerships hat I contacted were unresponsive. I had a specific model in mind (Q50). I visited the dealership and was assigned to Craig Noe. We discussed how I wanted the car equipped and discussed color and interior options and vehicle availability. Within 30 minutes we had negotiated a deal to my liking. I was not quite ready to make the purchase and told Criag that I would get back to him within a month. When the time came, I call to make an appointment to finalize the deal. During the entire transaction I was treated to prompt, courteous and efficient service. I would recommend Infiniti of Greenwich and Craig Noe with enthusiasm. A very pleasant car buying experience. Look out for Hidden Charges ("Convenience Fee""Etching Fee") I called to confirm cars would be available for test drive, and I specifically asked if they smelled like smoke inside. Only upon my arrival, did they informed me that there's already a deposit on the car. They insisted that I take it for a drive because they didn't think the woman would follow through on her deposit. I asked to see the other cars instead, and 2 of the 3 smelled like cigarette smoke. They said it could easily be fixed with ionizer. Probably not true since they could've easily done it themselves before they showed me they car. I was trading in my car, and they made up a claim that my exhaust was leaking. I knew it wasn't true because I had mechanic do inspection before trade-in. Needless to say, we agreed on a bottom-line price...at least I thought we did. To my dismay, they added a $500 "Dealer Convenience Fee", and $179 "Dealer Etching Fee". at the bottom of the contract. None of these fees were ever mentioned during negotiations, and they said it was because "everyone pays it". I walked out of there and went to Infiniti dealer 15 minutes away and got the same deal...without the additional fees, and WITH new tires. Two days later, they called to see if I can come back and see if we can find a middle-ground. Too little, too late - I will never come back. As sharp contrast, read my positive review at the dealership nearby and you'll understand that you don't have to put up with this kind of behavior every time you want to go buy a car. More
