Our previous lease was an Acura and we decided to try the infinite brand as we wanted to increase the passenger and cargo space. The leasing process went smoothly and we expected nothing less from the service dept. and the prepaid manintance contract that was purchased. We've had routine maintenance work done at the dealership without any hiccups, however anything above and beyond routine seems to present a real quandary for both the technical and administrative staff. I've brought our car in several times for the same issue. The cruise control was not working and I was told that one of the front sensors was blocked. There was a minor dent on the front bumper, perhaps it was struck by a shopping cart in a parking lot. They removed the front bumper and claimed that they extracted the piece of protective material that was blocking the sensor and that it was fixed--and yes, they charged me to do the work. Within three minutes of driving the car, I received the same warning of a front radar obstruction,--the car was not fixed. I brought the car back a day later and waited for abour an hour. They returned to tell me that the sensor was damaged and would need to be replaced and that it was a $2000.00 part but they would "good will" it under warranty. I made another appointment and upon arrival was told that they couldn't do the work that day and I would have to reschedule. The car was once again brought in for the work on a Tuesday. Although we were guaranteed a loaner because the job would require several hours, my husband was told that they did not have a loaner because we didn't submit a request. Following some drama, our service consultant Paula, who scheduled the appointment, as well as scheduled and cancelled the previous appointment upon arrival, suddenly saved the day and found a loaner. We were told it would be completed that day. On Tuesday night a call was received from the dealership and we were told that it would be ready the following day on Wednesday. I did not get a call on Wednesday. I called Greenwich Infinti at 3:30 pm on Wednesday. and was told that they did not fix the car and that they had opened the package containing the replacement part but it was the wrong item. I incredulously asked the obvious question, so you didn't even check to see if you had the correct part on Tuesday when you were actually supppopserd to do the work and Paula was more than happy to agree with my statement, but I was asuured that my car would be ready on Thursday. Thursday arrived and now the story had once again changed. Today the car suddenly has numerous things wrong and if left unrepaired more systems will begin to break down we are told. Now it's going to cost at least $2000.00 out of pocket and there's no telling when the job will acutally be complete. This is clearly rampant incompetance not to mention some malicious form of a bait and switch tactic. BEWARE of the service department and the lengths they will go to inconvenience their own customers. I have minimal faith any of the work will be performed correctly and no one has offered a discount based on the previous work that was done incorrectly. As for the infiniti brand, if a $2000.00 part can be compromised and damaged beyond repair when there's little to no exterior damage, I must question the integrity of the materials being used in these cars. I dealt with Craig Noe and he was professional, responsive and generally great to deal with. He understood what I was looking for and made sure I got the best value for money! Once the agreement was reached, dealing with Bruno was also a pleasure and he was sure to outline all details I needed to consider. Again, great customer service! I live closer to another dealership and even managed to get them to agree to the same terms however having dealt with Craig I could not go past the fantastic customer service that was lacking at this other dealership. I had a great experience at Greenwich Infiniti 10 years I was looking to trade in my 2005 G35 Coupe as a down payment for a certified pre-owned G37X. I had a great experience at Greenwich Infiniti 10 years ago when I purchased my G35 so my first thought was to go back there to inquire about a certified pre-owned. I met with Craig Noe who was extremely knowledgeable about the pre-owned inventory and gave me all the information I needed. I returned a week later to test drive the G37 I was interested in. Craig Noe and Justin Juliano went over all the financials with me and we made a deal! The guys at Greenwich Infiniti were so wonderful and made this experience seamless. They were personable, honest, fair and did not ever pressure me or make me feel anything but comfortable. They went above and beyond to handle all the changes I needed to make in registration and insurance leaving me only needing to sign papers and drive out in my new car! The day of pick up, Bruno Coelho set me up with an amazing rate for my loan and rolled in low monthly payments for bumper to bumper coverage. Craig even took the time to sit with me and show me how to set up all the personalized settings in my new car. I would recommend these guys and the Greenwich Infiniti dealership to anyone! More
