Greenwich (CT) Infinity - THE BEST in service and quality ! I saw a pre owned vehicle on CarGurus, and called for information. I spoke with ALEX FAKHIR, product specialist. He provided initial information and I saw a pre owned vehicle on CarGurus, and called for information. I spoke with ALEX FAKHIR, product specialist. He provided initial information and arranged for me to visit to see the car. He answered my questions, called back when he said he would. On arrival, I met Alex and his coworker Joe. It was raining, and they took the time and effort to put the car in the showroom so I could see it comfortably!!! The car was immaculate, and he gave me the history of how the dealership came to get the car. We spoke at length regarding what I wanted in a vehicle. He LISTENED and offered suggestions. HELPFUL SUGGESTIONS, NOT a sales pitch that escalated during conversation as I had experienced with other dealerships. He had the product knowledge also !! I truly believe he wanted to put the right person in the right car ! From sales, to service Manager who put the car thru inspection, to Joe (later Edward also) the Finance Officers, the transaction was SEAMLESS!!! Pleasant and painless ! I would recommend this dealership to anyone !!! As it has been said : "It don't get better than this !" More

Horrible Service This is the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership in my life. I first called and said I wanted to test drive a Q70L and a Q60. The representative said "sure come on up", I get to the dealer and meet the salesman Craig.I tell him which cars I would like to test drive. He says we don't have any Q70L's available. I asked to test drive the Q60. Craig responds I think we have one in the back. We go to the back he shows me the car. He says this is someones car you can't drive it. I ask to drive a Q50. Craig responds with an attitude "You can't just want to test drive whatever you want." Craig tells me to wait here I will see if I can find one. I wait for 10 minutes, At this point the service manager Andy walks up and says can I help you. At this point I say no thank you and canI have my car which was valet parked. This was the worst sales experience I have ever encountered. I would not recommend This dealership and especially the salesman Craig. More
Raffael Chirinian - An Excellent Sales Consultant I will start this review off by stating that I did not end up purchasing or leasing a vehicle. Usually, in my experience, that means leaving the deal I will start this review off by stating that I did not end up purchasing or leasing a vehicle. Usually, in my experience, that means leaving the dealership upset or disappointed. It also usually means you wasted a good deal of time either being led to believe there may be a deal to be struck within your parameters, or being pitched alternative, less appealing options. But my experience with Raffael was different. It started with his healthy sense of pride in the dealership, including the owner and his colleagues (some of which are family members). He even summarized their business model. This wasn't obnoxious - rather it was sincere and made me feel as though I was dealing with a good bunch. Our conversation during the test drive was informative and at the same time casual and unforced. Upon arriving back at the dealership, he gave us a few purchasing and finance scenarios. Though none of these options were right for me, I let him know where my comfort zone was and he ran a variety of different scenarios for me. I did not feel pressured to squeeze myself into a box that didn't fit my situation. He realized relatively quickly that for our situation, even the worst-case deal-maker scenarios for the dealership were not going to meet my needs. He was up front and honest about it. When I let him know "thanks but no thanks," his demeanor did not change. He remained friendly and continued to treat me as a customer. I did not sense disappointment in him, rather, appreciation for having made a new connection. He recommended a spot for me to grab lunch in the area (which served a mean chicken sandwich) and assured me he would continue to look out for deals that I might be interested in. As much as I wanted to purchase this specific vehicle, I did not leave feeling empty and disappointed. It was a breath of fresh air to have met as nice a representative as Raffael whose professional acuity is clearly benefited by his demeanor as a person. I suspect I will be back here in the future. More
