Greenwich (CT) Infinity - THE BEST in service and quality ! I saw a pre owned vehicle on CarGurus, and called for information. I spoke with ALEX FAKHIR, product specialist. He provided initial information and arranged for me to visit to see the car. He answered my questions, called back when he said he would. On arrival, I met Alex and his coworker Joe. It was raining, and they took the time and effort to put the car in the showroom so I could see it comfortably!!! The car was immaculate, and he gave me the history of how the dealership came to get the car. We spoke at length regarding what I wanted in a vehicle. He LISTENED and offered suggestions. HELPFUL SUGGESTIONS, NOT a sales pitch that escalated during conversation as I had experienced with other dealerships. He had the product knowledge also !! I truly believe he wanted to put the right person in the right car !
