So great that I went to the dealership early in the morning to check it out and make sure that nobody else bought it. I walked in and the receptionist was very friendly. I was immediately introduced to my Product Specialist Craig Noe. From the beginning he was very warm and welcoming, and he addressed every single one of my concerns about purchasing a used vehicle. He's a really cool guy, I would say I felt like I was buying a car from a family friend rather than a salesman. I used to sell cars myself so my threshold for BS is very low. I had already walked out from several dealerships beforehand so it was a relief to not feel any pressure. Not only was Craig great, but everybody I met and dealt with at the dealership was great as well. The Sales Manager, Edward Aguilar, was very friendly as well (he even helped me while I was moving my stuff from my old car) and gave me a good price for my trade. The Finance Manager, Joseph Chirinian, was also cool and helped me find the best interest rate for the financing. I had a bad experience from my last time financing a car (the finance manager added extended warranty and GAP insurance without my knowledge) so it was great that Jospeh went through everything clearly and precisely. I came out of the office knowing exactly what I was paying for. This was my first time purchasing a luxury vehicle and the experience far exceeded my expectations. Everything from beginning to end was smooth as can be. I would, without a doubt, recommend this dealership to any friends and family looking to buy a new car, and I would make sure they ask for Craig. Thank you for everything, Greenwich Infiniti. More
