Noelle and Craig were very responsive and nice to deal with via e-mail and if I rated them, would be definitely 4/5 stars. The issue and what drove the ultimate rating is the advertising. The QX70 was listed as a Certified vehicle at a list price. When I got the "out the door" quote from Craig, there was an additional $998 for the cost of the certification (which was optional...i.e. I could buy as a used, non-certified vehicle). The reality, despite the obtuse fine print that said nothing about an additional certification cost, is that this dealership practices in deceptive bait-and-switch advertising. Hence, I chose to take my business elsewhere. More

Hands down the best customer service I called Greenwich Infiniti because I did not like the service I received at Pepe Infiniti. Chaz was very nice and well spoken over the phone and aske I called Greenwich Infiniti because I did not like the service I received at Pepe Infiniti. Chaz was very nice and well spoken over the phone and asked me to visit him at the dealership. I went in and Chaz gave me a great deal on a Q50s. Although the dealership did not have the car I wanted in stock he did not pressure me to settle for another car nor did he try to dismiss my want for the particular model and package I wanted. The dealership received the car I wanted shortly, and Chaz made everything very easy. I emailed him all the information he needed and walked into the dealership knowing the hard parts were done and all I need to do is sign. Chaz even came in on his day off to make sure delivery went well and I was happy. After everything was done Chaz even showed me his personal car and the great sounding Infiniti exhaust option. The manager Luis said that they were a family at Greenwich Infiniti and Chaz made me feel like family rather then another customer. Chaz knows his product and is willing to help his customer. He understands how the business works and makes things very easy even if you as particular as I am. Employee of the month for sure! More

There was no pressure whatsoever to choose Infiniti of Greenwich, they were not pushy or kept calling to see if I was interested. I came in not knowing if I was going to get an Infiniti and Craig explained everything we needed to know about the QX60. This is the way all dealers should be. Luis, the finance guy was calm and collected, helped us get a better rate than originally approved for. Went over the top as well. Was not pushy in trying to get us to buy other maintenance options. We said no to some and he said okay, no upselling. Can’t say enough good things about Infiniti of Greenwich. The service department seemed so nice as well just by scheduling the appointment in 6 months. If you want a truly great car buying experience without the pushy employees trying to make a buck off everything, go see these guys. More
