I was contemplating a move from a large QX60 to a smaller sports sedan. Chaz was concerned that a ten-minute test drive was not enough time for me to make a decision, and Edgar allowed me to take the car on an extended test drive for the day. I am so glad they did. Dave helped me negotiate a even better price as well got me over the kelly blue book value for my trade in. Dave and the rest of the team made the experience pressure free and were able to get my vehicle ready for pick up in less then 24 hours. I had an issue with the title on my trade in, but the manager Ed worked with me and let me drive off In my new car giving me plenty of time to straighten out the title.
