While we were there, a terrible storm came through, even shutting off the power temporarily. Some of the staff had left, so Chaz took it upon himself to detail the truck-in his three piece suit! The Fix When I bought my Infiniti, Marcelline, from Chaz he went above and beyond. She was a clean, commnedable, and all around perfect car. He saw me walk in and knew what the exact fit would be for me. What was extremely respectable was his vibrant demeanor and sincere candor. Right before I left he gave me his personal number and told me if there were any issues at all, don't hesitate to call. Awhile later I never thought I'd have to make a call to him and the dealership to get my sunroof fixed for being shattered with a rock. When this happened I was in complete disarray, but Chaz, though only a salesman, was cool, collected, and on the case. He acquired the information needed for the fixing process then took the time to walk me through the steps of how it would be fixed and how much time it would take. Chaz was timely, patient, and concise upon bringing my car in and I feel like I could not have been put into better hands. More
