If buying a used car ask questions! We purchased a 2018 BMW from the dealer things are going smoothly until all paperwork was signed I had noticed we only had one key the valet key was We purchased a 2018 BMW from the dealer things are going smoothly until all paperwork was signed I had noticed we only had one key the valet key was missing inquired about receiving a valet key currently two weeks and waiting asked about receiving a second key spoke to the manager of the dealership and was told used cars only come with one key. Said we should’ve asked for a second during negotiations. In negotiations that was never brought up that there is only one key. as a buyer that something that is usually not asked as there are always two keys!!!! we had to go to the dealer and pay $528 the manager did not care less since all paperwork was signed and he had his check for his dealership in his hand again waiting two weeks for valet key and also for touch up paint which we were promised we would receive I have to keep following up. Once money is in hand doesn’t seem like they care!!!! More

I worked primarily with Brooke who was very helpful, provided the information that I needed and worked with me so that I was satisfied with my purchase. He was also extremely responsive and helpful after the sale when I needed to discuss something about the vehicle. I would definitely recommend others to Greenwich Infinite. More
Great dealership I was referred by a friend to buy a car from this dealership because of his wonderful experience in the past. I walked into the dealership with the ho I was referred by a friend to buy a car from this dealership because of his wonderful experience in the past. I walked into the dealership with the hopes of receiving s better quote on a car that I had received at another dealer. The receptionist was extremely attentive and readily available to get the right salesman to me immediately. After meeting with Brooke, he was able to get his manager to review the quote I had received from the past dealer and eventually get me a better deal. Brooke was very patient as I had issues with my insurance company, he guided me through the process and allowed me to make my own decisions. I did not feel pressured into buying at all. At the end, Brooke helped me transfer my belongings from my old car to the new car and showed me around the car. The dealership was very clean and organized. Other staff were professional and greeted me. I also dealt with the financial salesman, Craig who was also much helpful and answered all questions I had. Happy that I came here and am enjoying my new Infiniti Q50 More
