I purchased my car before the dealership was owned by DARCARS. Ever since, the customer service has taken a downturn. It’s difficult to make an appointment, they claim completing repairs when they didn’t. That is not only deceiving the customer, but possible putting them in danger. I have had people ask me where I purchased my car and I tell them to stay away from DARCARD Greenwich Infiniti.
